1. Capacity – Yes you want enough room for all your guests, but you want to leave room for your event to contract or expand a bit.

3. Bad Weather Backup – Although many brides dream of the perfect weather for their outdoor weddings, we have to be realistic. This is Florida, after all. If you are planning an outdoor event, make sure the venue that you choose has a backup plan in case it rains, especially you summer brides.
4. Lodging – Your traveling guests will definitely appreciate having a nearby, affordable hotel to stay in. Many hotels will throw in free transportation with your block of rooms as long as your venue is within a certain distance!
5. Style – Since you have embarked on the quest for the perfect wedding instead of eloping, make sure to pick a wedding venue that is right for you. There are so many to choose from in Orlando and Central Florida, if you keep looking you will find the perfect venue for your wedding. Start looking early, be patient and most importantly, don’t settle!
