EVENT HEADSHOTS PRICING
Pricing for event and high-volume headshots is by half day/full day. Half-day is up to four consecutive hours, full day is up to eight consecutive hours with one 45 minute break for a meal. Each headshot station is able to photograph as many as twenty people per hour. All headshot packages include basic lead collection and white-label service to feature sponsors.
Headshot Station $1650/$3200
Half day (up to 4 hours) or whole day (4-8 hours) of headshot station coverage. The headshot station includes: All images in high resolution, file organization (renaming files to the person in the photo). a standard commercial usage license, a lead list of all people photographed and their contact info in Excel or CSV format, and individual model releases for all photographed
On-Site Image Selection $500/$900
A must for large groups. Our staff will guide every person through the process of viewing their headshots immediately after they are photographed and assist them in selecting their favorite image. This is ideal for teams of employees at an event. All selected images will be provided in high resolution via digital download to the client after the event, retouching optional.
Hair and Makeup $550/$950
To help everyone look their best, we can provide an on-site hair and makeup station so that everyone who gets a headshot has the option of a quick touch up before they get in front of the camera.
Instant Individual Delivery $500/900
Really up the wow factor of your headshot station with instant delivery. Every attendee will be able to select their favorite images from an iPad station and email or text the images to themselves immediately on-site. This is the best option when providing headshots as an added-value experience for attendees at a conference. Each person photographs leaves the headshot station with their images delivered directly to their mobile device.
Depending on your needs, you may want to provide a retouched image for each person we photograph. This includes removing stray hairs, reducing facial shine, removing blemishes, and lightening dark circles under eyes. Not available with instant individual delivery.
Headshot Essentials Package $4,100/day
Full-day, single headshot station, file organization and renaming, on-site selection or instant delivery, high resolution images, commercial usage license. Single headshot stations typically produce headshots for 150-300 attendees.
Premium Headshot Experience Package $8,650/day
Full-day, single headshot station, file organization and renaming, on-site selection or instant delivery, all high resolution images, commercial usage license, hair and makeup touch-ups on-site, up to 250 retouched images.

How many people can you provide headshots for at an event?
Each headshot station can average about 20 people per hour. This can sometimes be faster or slower depending on a few factors. If the headshot booth is in a common, highly-visible area, it tends to get more traffic. In most cases, the headshot station is just about the busiest thing going at any conference. Providing complementary headshots at a conference has about the same effect as giving out candy bars at a kindergarten, plan on it being a popular attraction. In a full day, with ideal circumstances, a single station can serve between 200 and 300 people.
Do the photos from events need retouching?
It is all going to depend on the intended use of the images. For a headshot station that’s intended to add value to an event, we don’t recommend it. We use lighting and posing techniques as well as professional hair and makeup touch-ups (optional) to make sure that the images look great right out of camera. If the images are intended to be used for anything larger than LinkedIn or Teams, we recommend adding retouching so that everyone looks their best.
How are the images delivered?
As far as how the images are delivered, you have options. We organize all the images by changing the name of the file to the name of the person in the headshot. So, 1234.jpg becomes Smith_Jane.jpg. This makes it much easier to get the right images to the right people afterward. Once the files are organized, we can offer an online gallery, secure file transfer, or individual delivery by email or text.

Do attendees just line up for headshots or can they make an appointment?
Both! We can operate a headshot station on a first-come, first-served basis as well as allow advanced scheduling for executives or VIPs. We recommend a mix of both. That way, your team members can update their headshots without waiting in line and other attendees can take advantage of the experience. We can work with your team to create an experience that is the best of both worlds.
