Team Headshots for Remote Workers

Team Headshots for Remote Workers

The recent global pandemic has caused millions of workers to move from busy offices to working remotely from home. Remote work and online meetings mean that a great web presence is more important than ever. To help cope with the changing workplace, we have developed some solutions for companies managing teams of employees working remotely. You don’t have to wait to get consistent and eye-catching headshots of your team to market with. We have systems in place to create a seamless experience for remote team headshots while delivering the images you need.

Step 1

Contact us to let us know what your needs are. Let us know what type of images you are looking for and how many team members you have. We will put together a plan to make sure you get exactly what you need efficiently and with as little fuss as possible. You can call, text, email, or fill out the form below. Get in touch with us on our contact page HERE.

Step 2

We set up a customized remote team headshots booking calendar for your business. This will give you a unique link to share with your team that will allow each person to book their own appointment to have their headshots taken in our studio at a time that is convenient to them.

Step 3

As the team members come in to the studio, we create their headshots and allow them to see and select their favorite immediately. We retouch their selection and add it to a live, online gallery with all your team member headshots. No back and forth emails, just a finished image delivered directly to you.

We even have the ability to create custom backgrounds for your headshots and build a team shot out of the individual images in the studio using advanced digital compositing.
