Some tips/standards for your team headshot: 

1. Stick with Simple Jewelry
2. Ditch the Undershirt and “Floppy Collar”
3. Opt for solid colors instead of patterns
4. Wear a business jacket or blazer
5. Men – there’s no need to shave your facial hair for your headshots if you normally have it. Ensure that it is nicely cut and maintained for your photoshoot. If you normally shave, you should shave before your shot.
6. If you normally wear glasses, wear them in your headshot. If you have multiple frames, particularly colorful frames, bring them.
